About This AI Training Opportunity

The Role

As a Generalist AI Training Contractor, you will analyze, evaluate, and annotate varied text datasets to support AI system training and validation. The role requires sound judgment across multiple domains and the ability to follow project-specific requirements consistently.

• Review and improve model outputs for relevance and accuracy
• Complete text labeling, evaluation rating, and text generation tasks
• Provide clear written input and feedback
• Apply critical thinking to cross-domain problem-solving tasks
• Work independently while collaborating remotely when needed

What You'll Do

Your contributions will help assess how well AI-generated text meets project standards. You will communicate findings and insights through written and verbal channels while maintaining precise, detail-oriented work throughout each assignment.

• Analyze and annotate a variety of text data
• Generate text according to project instructions
• Rate and evaluate model responses
• Review, refine, and improve AI outputs
• Follow guidelines and participate in quality assurance processes
• Complete deliverables on time and to a high standard

Requirements

Applicants should have exceptional written and spoken English proficiency, strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to produce accurate work in an independent, fully remote environment.

• Fluent English proficiency

• Experience with text labeling workflows
• Experience with evaluation rating and text generation tasks
