The Role
As an AI Training Generalist, you will analyze, evaluate, and annotate varied data sets used for AI system training and validation. You will also review model outputs, generate clear written input, and provide feedback based on project requirements.
This is a contractor engagement expected to run for 3 to 6 months. The role is remote and requires native or bilingual English proficiency.

What You'll Do
You will contribute across multiple AI training and evaluation activities, applying critical thinking and careful judgment to produce consistent, high-quality work. Your contributions may involve evaluating responses, answering questions, generating text, and providing human feedback.
Analyze, evaluate, and annotate data sets for AI training and validation
Review, refine, and improve model outputs for relevance and accuracy
Provide clear written input and feedback according to project guidelines
Complete text generation and question-answering tasks
Rate and evaluate model responses as part of RLHF workflows
Solve problems requiring critical thinking across multiple domains
Follow quality assurance processes and deliverable standards
Communicate findings and insights through written and verbal channels
Maintain strong attention to detail in every contribution
Requirements
The role calls for expert-level judgment, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting detailed project requirements. Previous data labeling or annotation experience is helpful but not required.
Native or bilingual English proficiency
Exceptional written and spoken English
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
