About AI training and why it matters
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building modern AI: people create, review, and rate examples that teach models to behave. Contributors often work remotely, set flexible hours, and directly influence how AI systems interpret HR content and produce better, safer outputs.
This role focuses on HR documents used to improve AI training data—helping ensure the examples models learn from are accurate, clear, and aligned with real-world HR practices.
