The Role

As a Financial AI Model Evaluation Expert, you will assess how well AI models handle finance-related tasks and help improve their accuracy and reasoning. You will create structured evaluation frameworks and collaborate with AI researchers on training methods and benchmarks.

The work covers corporate finance, investment analysis, deal analysis, M&A assessments, investment scenarios, asset management, and risk management.

What You'll Do

You will apply practical finance knowledge to evaluate model outputs consistently and explain where responses succeed or fall short. Your feedback will support the development of better finance-focused AI training data, evaluation methods, and benchmarks.

• Evaluate AI model outputs on finance tasks and identify performance gaps
• Develop rubrics and structured assessments for deal analysis, M&A, investment scenarios, and related finance domains
• Collaborate with AI researchers on training strategies, evaluation methods, and benchmarks
• Provide expert feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning in finance contexts

Requirements

This role is suited to professionals with at least two years of experience in finance-related work. Strong written and verbal English communication is essential because you will explain evaluations and provide detailed feedback.

Prior experience working with AI is not required. Training is provided, so the key qualification is your ability to apply sound financial judgment to model outputs and structured scenarios.

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• CFA at any level, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance preferred
• Experience with deal analysis, M&A assessments, or investment scenarios helpful
