Requirements
Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a relevant finance field and strong written English communication. The role calls for a solid understanding of financial concepts and the ability to evaluate finance-specific model behavior.
2+ years of experience in capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
Strong grasp of investment analysis, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, and risk management
Ability to evaluate LLM outputs for finance-specific failure modes
Experience creating rubrics or benchmarks for model assessment
Excellent English written communication
CFA, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance is a bonus
