You will use family medicine and primary care expertise to review medical data, clinical documentation, and AI-generated outputs. Your work will help assess whether clinical content is accurate, safe, complete, and appropriate across different care settings and patient age groups.
You will apply evidence-based guidelines and standards of care, identify unclear or incomplete content, and provide feedback on difficult cases and review guidance. Clear written and verbal communication will support discussions about clinical content and review decisions.
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, clinical appropriateness, and completeness.
- Review content involving pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Validate and improve clinical datasets using evidence-based guidelines and standards of care.
- Assess medical documentation for clinical soundness, accuracy, safety, and completeness.
- Identify ambiguities and provide feedback on edge cases and workflow guidance.
What it pays and takes
This is a part-time contractor role open to candidates in the United States. Prior AI experience is not required, but the role requires current clinical knowledge and medical judgment in primary care.
- $100 to $120 per hour.

- Active MD degree and current United States medical licensure.
- Hands-on experience in primary care or family medicine, including clinic, community practice, or health system settings.
- Broad knowledge of common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and care for multiple patient age groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with careful attention to clarity and detail.
- Board certification in Family Medicine is preferred.
- Clinical annotation, medical record review, or related dataset review experience is helpful.
- Familiarity with evidence-based medicine and standards of care is helpful.
