- Compensation: $20 to $50 per hour
What You'll Do
You will design tasks that reflect the ambiguity and decision-making involved in real enterprise marketing work. Each assignment should give an AI system a clear challenge, realistic supporting materials, and measurable standards for success.
- Author prompts for on-brand announcements, competitive comparison documents, and campaign attribution analysis.
- Write scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, data logic, and verifiable correctness.
- Assemble task environments with campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
- Solve each task to validate that the scenario is realistic and the expected output is clear.
- Adjust data complexity, brand guidance, and attribution ambiguity to calibrate task difficulty.
- Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
This opportunity is intended for marketing professionals who can combine strong content and brand judgment with careful analysis of campaign and attribution data. You should be able to turn qualitative marketing standards into precise, checkable evaluation criteria.
- Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function.
- Strong judgment about brand voice, factual marketing claims, and whether conclusions follow from underlying data.
- Comfort working with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
- Ability to express marketing quality standards as specific, checkable criteria rather than general writing preferences.
- Ability to verify marketing claims against campaign performance and attribution data.
- Strong judgment on brand fit and competitive positioning.
Helpful Background
The following experience is helpful but is not stated as a requirement. It can support your ability to create realistic enterprise marketing tasks and evaluate outputs in context.
