The role
We are recruiting an English Voice Coach to direct and assess AI-generated voice performances. You will evaluate accuracy, authenticity, expressiveness, and guide models on accents, dialects, pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery. You will provide written and verbal feedback, document best practices, and support focused mini-pilot sessions to improve synthesis quality.

- Solid understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuances.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- No prior experience with AI is required.
