You will evaluate AI-generated legal content and use your professional judgment to improve its accuracy, completeness, and reasoning. The work focuses on employment law scenarios, legal analyses, arguments, and documents.

• Analyze employment law scenarios and identify key legal issues and risks.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Find legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Write clear, structured feedback and corrections that improve AI-generated legal work.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role with flexible scheduling for candidates in the United States.

• Pay: $100 to $170 per hour.
• Work arrangement: Remote contractor work with flexible scheduling.
• Availability: Part-time.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
• Education: J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• License: Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• Experience: More than three years of substantive legal practice.
• Skills: Strong legal reasoning, issue spotting, document review, excellent written English communication, and close attention to detail.
• Preferred background: Employment or labor law experience.
