Elementary Science Quality Assurance Lead

You will check AI-generated elementary science content and the work of other reviewers. Your feedback will help make lessons, worksheets, activities, quizzes, and explanations accurate, safe, engaging, and clear for school-age learners.

You will also help educators and quality reviewers follow consistent standards, keep project guidance up to date, and improve remote review workflows.

• Review science content and reviewer work against project guidelines and detailed rubrics.
• Check scientific accuracy, grade-level fit, conceptual clarity, and curriculum alignment.
• Look for unsafe activity suggestions, misleading simplifications, incorrect analogies, and confusing explanations.
• Review child-safe language, formatting, instruction-following, reasoning quality, and overall content quality.
• Write precise feedback and identify recurring problems.
• Communicate guidance to educators and quality reviewers.
• Maintain project documentation and support consistent review standards.

What It Pays and Takes

This is a remote contractor opportunity focused on elementary science AI quality review. The role is open to candidates in India and requires strong English communication skills.

• A bachelor's or master's degree, teaching credential, or equivalent professional experience in elementary education, science education, biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, environmental science, STEM education, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant teaching, tutoring, curriculum, content review, science communication, instructional, or education experience.
• Broad knowledge of elementary science and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify scientific inaccuracies, unsafe suggestions, misleading simplifications, incorrect analogies, confusing explanations, and age-inappropriate wording.
• Experience with educational quality assurance, rubric-based review, AI training, data annotation, large language model evaluation, or remote reviewer teams is valuable.
