About AI Training and Data Labeling
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Specialists review model outputs, write and rank responses, evaluate technical reasoning, and provide structured feedback that helps AI systems become more accurate and useful.
In this project, your engineering judgment will help assess whether AI-generated explanations, calculations, analyses, and recommendations are technically sound, clearly written, consistent, and safe.
The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting an Electrical Engineering Quality Assurance Lead to review AI-generated electrical engineering content and trainer QA work. You will evaluate circuit analysis, calculations, design recommendations, troubleshooting workflows, standards awareness, unit consistency, safety considerations, and adherence to detailed rubrics.
The role also includes giving written feedback, communicating quality updates, supporting contributor onboarding, maintaining project documentation, and helping remote trainers and QAs stay aligned with evolving engineering guidelines.
