About AI Training Work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, and human-feedback work) is the human foundation behind state-of-the-art models. Specialists evaluate model answers, correct reasoning, rate outputs, and ensure alignment with task rubrics—directly shaping how models learn and behave.
These roles are often 100% remote and well suited for part-time expert contributors who want flexible hours and to work on cutting-edge problems that value domain knowledge.
Human reviewers check model reasoning, calculations, and interpretation against detailed rubrics
Contributors gain portable experience across projects and may move into advanced QA and training roles
