The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Dutch Language LLM Analyst to support large language model improvement through analytical question answering, research, reasoning, and detailed feedback. You will work with written content and model-training scenarios, identifying correct answers, explaining conclusions, validating claims, and creating examples that help models learn from mistakes.

This is an entry-level, remote contractor assignment with a part-time commitment of 20 or more hours per week. The assignment may be extended based on performance and project needs.

What You’ll Do

You will assess written information and model outputs across a range of analytical and reasoning tasks. Some assignments may involve interpreting sales data over time, solving rule-based puzzles, or determining whether an answer follows logically from the available information.

• Read, summarize, and divide lengthy content into clear logical sections.
• Research information online and validate claims in written content.
• Answer analytical, logical, quantitative, and reasoning-based questions.
• Interpret data and perform basic arithmetic when needed.
• Create scenarios and examples that help language models learn from mistakes.
• Provide accurate answers, clear explanations, constructive feedback, and detailed annotations.

Required Skills

Success in this role requires strong reasoning, careful research, and the ability to communicate conclusions clearly. You should be comfortable working independently with written content, evaluating information, and explaining why an answer is or is not supported.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical reasoning and English comprehension.

Helpful Background

Professional writing or analytical experience can be useful, but relevant experience may also be considered. A bachelor’s degree or undergraduate study is welcome in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts, statistics, or a related field.
