What You'll Do
You will design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios and create working reference solutions that other reviewers can validate and reproduce. You will also assess AI-generated code and infrastructure outputs, explain failures, and recommend precise corrections.
The work requires a strict quality standard across repeated reviews. Your written reasoning and structured feedback will support better task design and help AI systems learn from dependable technical examples.
Design tasks involving CI/CD, containers, orchestration, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response
Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
Review AI-generated code and infrastructure outputs
Identify failures and write precise corrections with supporting reasoning
Provide structured feedback that improves future task design
Maintain correctness and reproducibility across review tasks
Required Qualifications
You should bring strong hands-on DevOps expertise and the ability to communicate technical judgments clearly in professional English. Production-quality coding ability and practical experience across modern infrastructure tooling are essential.
At least three years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering
Production-quality coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform
Practical infrastructure as code experience
Advanced Linux and Git knowledge
