What You’ll Do
You will build and maintain data pipelines, clean and transform datasets, and create interactive dashboards that communicate insights clearly. Your work will help turn business questions into validated metrics and visualizations and will be iterated based on stakeholder feedback.
Develop ETL/data pipelines to extract, transform, and load datasets for analysis.
Implement visualizations using Plotly and create interactive dashboards with Dash.
Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and maintainability.
Validate data quality and document data validation checks and assumptions.
Write clear documentation for data workflows, dashboards, and code.
Collaborate to translate business questions into measurable metrics and visuals.
Requirements
You must have demonstrable, hands-on experience with the technical skills listed below. We do not require a specific degree — practical ability and good documentation habits matter most.
Strong Python for data analysis, including pandas and numpy.
Visualization expertise with matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly.
Hands-on experience building dashboards with Dash (preferred).
Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines / ETL processes.
Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and validation practices.
Familiarity with Git/version control and basic testing practices for data code.
Clear written communication and thorough documentation of pipelines and dashboards.
Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus but not required.
