The Role
As a Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist, you will build and maintain data pipelines, clean and transform datasets, and design interactive dashboards that communicate insights clearly.
The role requires strong Python skills, hands-on experience with data visualization, solid SQL knowledge, and familiarity with ETL and data quality practices. You will also translate business questions into useful metrics and visuals and refine your work based on feedback.

What You'll Do
You will work across data preparation, visualization, dashboard development, and documentation. The work combines implementation with careful validation so that datasets, queries, models, and dashboards remain reliable and understandable.
Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows
Clean and transform datasets with Python
Create visualizations with Plotly, Dash, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
Design interactive dashboards that present insights clearly
Optimize SQL queries and data models
Validate data quality and investigate inconsistencies
Translate business questions into clear metrics and visual outputs
Document pipelines, workflows, and dashboards thoroughly
Iterate on deliverables based on feedback
Requirements and Technical Skills
Candidates should be comfortable using Python for data analysis and have practical experience developing visualizations and dashboards. Strong documentation and written communication are important because the role involves explaining workflows, metrics, and dashboard behavior clearly.
Strong Python skills for data analysis, including pandas and NumPy
Visualization expertise with Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly
Hands-on experience building dashboards with Dash
Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes
Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
Understanding of data modeling and data quality or validation practices
Experience with Git or other version control
Basic testing practices for data code
Ability to translate business questions into clear metrics and visuals

Additional Experience
Experience with business intelligence tools is helpful but not required. Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus for candidates who have worked with additional reporting and dashboard platforms.
