About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Specialists review model outputs, provide structured feedback, and prepare examples that help AI systems understand real-world workflows and produce more accurate responses.
This work offers a way to contribute to cutting-edge technology while using expertise developed in your own field. Many AI training projects are remote and flexible, allowing contributors to work from anywhere with a computer and reliable internet connection.
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses using written guidelines
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, and cases that require additional guidance
- Translate practical professional knowledge into examples and feedback for AI development
The CRM Operations Specialist Role
As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will evaluate AI-generated output related to CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic. You will apply your practical understanding of CRM operations to determine whether model responses align with real-world business practices.

- Worldwide remote opportunity
- Hourly pay range of $28 to $92 USD
- English-language work requiring fluent English proficiency
What You’ll Do
You will assess CRM and sales operations scenarios, annotate relevant records and interactions, and provide clear feedback that can be used by model development teams. You will also help document current practices, pain points, and opportunities to improve business processes.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
The strongest candidates bring substantial hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations, especially experience designing or improving workflows, automations, and data practices. Direct experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred, although comparable CRM experience may be acceptable.
Prior paid human data work supporting AI is helpful but not required. Experience as a software or QA engineer working with CRM integrations, automation, data migrations, or CRM logic testing is also a plus rather than an essential requirement.
