The Role

What You'll Do
You will combine practical CRM fluency with structured review, annotation, documentation, and feedback for AI systems. Your work will help assess whether AI-generated content reflects real-world customer relationship management and sales operations practices.
Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic using Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms.
Document current sales operations practices, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
Create realistic CRM examples and scenarios grounded in sales enablement best practices.
Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions for AI training objectives.
Assess AI-generated CRM outputs for accuracy and alignment with actual sales operations practices.

Required Qualifications
Practical platform fluency is the primary qualification for this role. You should be comfortable evaluating complex CRM and sales workflows and explaining whether processes, records, automations, and AI-generated outputs accurately reflect operational reality.
At least three years of hands-on CRM and sales operations experience.
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot workflows.
