The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to contribute clinical nutrition expertise to AI training and content evaluation. You will work with real-world case scenarios and written model feedback, applying evidence-based dietetics judgment to assess accuracy, relevance, and quality.
This US-based contractor role is part time and requires 20 or more hours per week. Compensation is $50 to $100 per hour. Work is conducted in English.

What You'll Do
You will provide detailed nutrition counseling insights that support AI model development. Your work will combine clinical nutrition knowledge, careful written evaluation, and independent completion of remote project deliverables.
- Review dietary assessments and case-based scenarios for accuracy and relevance
- Create, evaluate, and refine meal-planning templates for diverse populations and health needs
- Assess nutritional content against current scientific research, clinical guidelines, and best practices
- Write clear explanations and feedback on nutrition topics and client interactions
- Communicate asynchronously with project coordinators through written and verbal channels
- Contribute to stronger project protocols and data quality standards
Required Qualifications
An active, unrestricted Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license is required. Candidates must be able to apply professional expertise to clinical nutrition, nutrition counseling, dietary assessment, and individualized meal planning.
