The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Chinese-Speaking Python Expert for hourly, remote contractor work focused on Python code evaluation. You will review AI-generated Python answers and Chinese-language explanations, assess reasoning quality, and provide concise feedback that can improve future model responses.

You will also create high-quality reference explanations and model solutions, compare multiple responses using consistent rubrics, and annotate common Python error patterns with bilingual labels.

• Role type: Part-time contractor
• Time requirement: 20+ hours per week
• Pay: $27-$50 USD per hour
• Languages: Mandarin Chinese and English

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Python solutions for correctness, edge-case handling, time and space complexity, and idiomatic Python 3.x usage.
• Compare model responses and write concise expert feedback.
• Create reference explanations and model solutions.
• Evaluate Chinese-language technical content for clarity and precision.
• Apply consistent rubrics across repeated review tasks.
• Annotate common Python error patterns with bilingual labels to support consistent evaluation.
• Explain review decisions and rationale clearly in English.

Requirements
