The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a freelance Chinese Law MCQA Writer to create original exam-style multiple-choice questions for an AI evaluation dataset. You will draw on your professional legal expertise to write accurate, relevant questions in Simplified Chinese and provide detailed solutions.

This is a part-time contractor role requiring 20 or more hours per week. The position is worldwide and can be performed remotely.

What You’ll Do

You will create high-quality text-generation content designed to test and evaluate AI performance in Chinese law. Each question should be original, clearly written, legally accurate, and relevant to the Chinese legal system.

  • Write original exam-style multiple-choice questions on Chinese law
  • Create ten answer options for each question
  • Provide a worked solution for each question
  • Base questions on your own professional legal expertise
  • Check content for accuracy and relevance to the Chinese legal system
  • Produce clear, reasoned questions for AI evaluation purposes

Requirements

Applicants should have formal legal education, practical experience, and strong familiarity with the Chinese legal system. The role requires the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly in Simplified Chinese and to develop well-reasoned multiple-choice content.

  • Law degree or Chinese equivalent
  • At least two years of legal practice experience
  • Educated or based in China
  • Strong familiarity with the Chinese legal system
  • Native-level proficiency in Simplified Chinese
