About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Experts review model outputs, define quality standards, and provide precise feedback so AI systems can produce more accurate, useful, and natural results.
In this role, your understanding of character performance will help shape how an AI model transfers and generates animated performances. Your evaluations will contribute to clearer benchmarks and more consistent human review.
The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Character and Facial Animation Consultant for a performance transfer model. You will help define what high-quality AI-generated character performance looks like, critique the evaluation approach, and shape the reviewer pool used to assess outputs.
This is a remote, part-time contractor position with occasional on-site sessions in Los Angeles or New York. The role is listed as entry level in the project classification, while the work itself requires substantial hands-on character animation experience.
