The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking C Programmers for a long-term AI training data project. You will generate C code snippets and short programs from specified prompts, debug AI-generated C code, and help create precise datasets for AI models.

The project is expected to last six or more months and requires a commitment of 20 to 40 hours per week. You can work remotely and set your own hours within the project commitment.

What You’ll Do

You will use your C development experience to produce, review, and improve programming content used to train AI models. The work requires careful interpretation of prompts, accurate implementation, and detailed debugging.

• Generate C code snippets and short programs based on specified prompts
• Debug AI-generated C code
• Create precise training datasets for AI models
• Refine and optimize C code

Requirements

This is an entry-level AI training opportunity for candidates who already have practical C development experience. Prior AI data labeling or AI training experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates should be prepared to complete a C coding assessment after submitting a proposal. A reliable remote-work setup is also required for consistent participation.

• At least two years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on C
• Proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize C code
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
