The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Brand Marketing AI Training Expert to design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments for evaluating AI agents on real marketing tasks. You will bring practical brand marketing judgment to scenarios involving documents, dashboards, personas, and connected marketing tools.
This role combines brand strategy expertise with careful definition of what strong AI agent performance should include and how weaker or plausible-but-incorrect responses should be identified. The role is listed at an entry level and is structured as a remote, part-time contract engagement.

What You'll Do
You will turn realistic brand marketing work into structured evaluation tasks. This includes defining the business issue being tested, the decision a strong practitioner should reach, and the supporting environment needed to make each scenario credible.
You will also review AI agent attempts against professional brand marketing standards. The work may involve analyzing messy or conflicting information, prioritizing tradeoffs, planning actions, performing quality assurance and reconciliation, and supporting research, evaluation, reporting, triage, escalation, and multi-step workflows across marketing tools.
Design task briefs based on real brand marketing work
Define realistic documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states
Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria
Distinguish strong responses from plausible but incorrect answers
Assess brand and share-of-voice analysis
Review messaging consistency across regions and channels
Evaluate distinctive asset management
Assess channel and tactic decisions
Required Skills and Experience
You should have hands-on experience owning brand positioning, brand tracking, and brand investment decisions. Strong written reasoning is essential, including the ability to explain clearly why a brand marketing decision is correct.
You should be comfortable interpreting brand tracking studies, share-of-voice data, and Google Analytics 4. Practical judgment in diagnosing conflicting data, prioritizing tradeoffs, and selecting channels or tactics is also required.
Hands-on ownership of brand positioning
Experience with brand tracking and brand investment decisions
Ability to interpret brand tracking studies and share-of-voice data
Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and marketing performance analysis
Sound judgment about messaging consistency and distinctive assets
Ability to select appropriate channels or tactics

Helpful Background
Experience building AI training environments, reinforcement-learning environments, or simulated case studies is strongly preferred. Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is helpful but not required.
