The Role

As a Biology AI Content Evaluator, you will review and evaluate AI-generated responses for biological reasoning and accuracy. You will examine answers across human biology, animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, and disease or health fundamentals.

The role is suited to an intermediate-level biology professional with strong scientific judgment, excellent written English, and the ability to explain advanced biological concepts clearly and accurately.

What You'll Do

You will assess individual and comparative AI responses, identify weaknesses in scientific reasoning, and provide expert feedback that can support better model performance.

• Evaluate solutions for biological accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts
• Identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding
• Fact-check biological information using public scientific and technical sources
• Review step-by-step biological reasoning and scientific problem-solving

Requirements

Applicants must have a BS degree or higher from a top 100 university in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a closely related life-science field. Strong written English at C1 proficiency or higher is required.

The role requires demonstrated ability to evaluate biological reasoning and step-by-step scientific problem-solving, along with experience using lab, experimental, or research-based reasoning in biology or a related life-science discipline.

• BS degree or higher in a specified or closely related life-science field
• Degree from a top 100 university
• Strong knowledge of human biology, animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, and disease or health fundamentals
• Strong fact-checking ability using public scientific and technical sources
• Excellent written English skills with C1 proficiency or higher
• Ability to explain advanced biological concepts clearly and accurately
• Comfort reviewing AI-generated answers for correctness, clarity, prompt adherence, and conceptual soundness
• Prior experience in data labeling, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar AI training workflows preferred
