The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Expert for a remote contractor role supporting the evaluation and development of AI-generated psychological content. You will review content for accuracy, relevance, ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and linguistic quality across clinical scenarios, research vignettes, therapeutic dialogues, case studies, assessments, and conversations.
The expected project duration is 3 to 6 months. Candidates must be based in the United States and be comfortable working in English, Bengali, and Russian, with fluent English proficiency.

What You'll Do

- Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses.
- Review clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
- Identify biases or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into model training.
- Support culturally and linguistically appropriate content for diverse users.

Required Qualifications
This is an expert-level opportunity for a professional with substantial academic or clinical preparation in psychology or psychiatry. The preferred qualification is a completed Ph.D. in Psychology or an M.D. with a completed psychiatry residency.
Applicants should also be able to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats and evaluate psychological data and narrative content with strong analytical judgment.
