A quick note on AI training work

AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human side of building intelligent systems. Contributors annotate and evaluate audio, text, and other signals so models learn accurate pronunciation, natural emotion, and believable speech patterns.

This work is often 100% remote, flexible, and accessible: many roles require domain expertise rather than formal degrees, and contributors directly influence state-of-the-art voice synthesis.
