The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an AI Training and Instructional Design Specialist, also described as a Training and Development Specialist, to turn learning objectives into complete programs and educational materials. You will work with specific audiences, connect outcomes to activities and assessments, and help maintain clarity and quality in a remote environment.

The opportunity is listed as entry level, while requiring professional expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related discipline. Prior AI experience is not required.

What You'll Do

You will design learning experiences from initial objectives through program structure, content, activities, and assessment. The work combines instructional planning, digital content development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
