The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting for a contractor Academic Research and Document Review Specialist to support AI training projects through in-depth research, literature synthesis, and careful document review. You will produce client-ready deliverables and help convert complex source material into structured, high-quality inputs used to train and evaluate models.

This position is part-time, remote, and deadline-driven. You should be comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working independently to meet project standards.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Strong document review skills in Word and PDF (tracked changes, form filling, formatting).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
