OpenTrain is free to join and designed for flexible, remote work in a fast-growing industry where contributors directly influence how AI systems behave.
About AI training work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people review, rate, and edit examples that models learn from. This work is typically remote and flexible, and it’s accessible to writers and editors who bring strong language skills and domain knowledge.
As a Writing AI Trainer you’ll be on the front lines of how generative models learn to produce better writing—both short-form and long-form—by supplying high-quality edits, evaluations, and guidance.

This is a part-time contractor role (20+ hours per week), fully remote, and suitable for writers, authors, editors, and content professionals with a polished portfolio and strong command of written communication.
Compensation is hourly pay at USD $49–$61 per hour. No prior professional AI-training experience is required, though familiarity with AI, machine learning, or NLP is helpful.
