The role — Web Development AI Trainer
Micro1 is recruiting a Web Developer to produce real, high‑quality web code and evaluations used to train and evaluate AI systems. You will work as a part‑time contractor on remote projects that require modern web development skills.
Employment type: Contractor, Part‑time. Time requirement: 20+ hours per week. Language: English (working proficiency). Location: Remote — open worldwide.

- Data & tasks: This role contributes computer code examples and evaluation ratings used for AI training (data type: Computer code/programming).
- Labeling tools: Project uses custom/other labeling software for coding and evaluation tasks.
What you'll do day‑to‑day
Work on real web projects and produce code and evaluations that become training data for AI systems. You will both create assets and rate or evaluate code quality and behavior as required by project instructions.
- Build and maintain responsive, user‑friendly websites for customers.
- Integrate backend APIs and handle data exchange between frontend and backend services.
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver visually appealing, usable experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
- Write clean, documented, maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to project planning and advise on technical feasibility and solutions.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders in writing and verbally.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the required technical and communication skills below. This is listed as entry level but requires demonstrated competence in modern web development and remote collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS for modern, accessible layouts.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic web functionality.
- In‑depth experience integrating and consuming backend APIs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
