The role

Micro1 is hiring Web Browsing Evaluators to capture high-quality web interaction data used to train and evaluate AI systems. This contractor, part-time role is remote and requires careful, methodical browsing, accurate screen captures, and detailed documentation of each task.

What you'll do

Follow detailed prompts to navigate web pages and perform specified interactions. Capture screenshots of particular elements and steps, annotate actions and outcomes, and provide written notes about the browsing process.

  • Navigate web pages according to project prompts and specifications.
  • Use screen-grabbing tools to capture precise screenshots of elements and interactions.
  • Document browsing trajectories, actions taken (clicks, typing, searches), and contextual details.
  • Annotate data and provide clear written feedback, calling out anomalies or ambiguities.
  • Follow project compliance and confidentiality rules while contributing labeled data.

Requirements

You must demonstrate strong web navigation and documentation skills, plus the ability to follow complex written instructions exactly. This role values accuracy, technical comfort with web interfaces, and clear written communication.

  • Demonstrated expertise in web browsing, online research, and digital content navigation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of precise screen capturing and accurate data annotation.
  • Advanced proficiency in following complex written instructions and documenting outcomes clearly.
  • Technical aptitude for identifying correct fields, inputting data, and interacting with various web platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work 20+ hours per week as a contractor.

Helpful background

Prior experience with AI-related data collection, annotation, or evaluation projects is a plus but not required. Familiarity with multiple browsers and screen capture tools will help you be productive from day one.

Compensation, schedule, and how to apply
