Why AI training work matters
AI training (data labeling and human feedback work) is how modern models learn from examples prepared and reviewed by people. Contributors in this industry shape how state-of-the-art systems behave while enjoying flexible, remote work that fits around other commitments.
The role
Micro1 is recruiting a Solutions Architect to contribute cloud and microservices expertise that supports next-generation AI systems. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent relevant experience
Helpful background (preferred)
These qualifications are not required but will strengthen your application and match well with the project's needs.
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
- Experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems
- Background mentoring or leading cross-functional technology teams
