About This Role

Micro1 is recruiting a Public Administration AI Reviewer to provide expert judgment on government and public‑sector documents used to train AI systems. This is a remote contractor role for experienced professionals who can evaluate public‑sector content in English and contribute high‑quality annotations and reviews.

Work will focus on document review, evaluation ratings, and classification to improve AI training data covering budgets, zoning, emergency planning, and policy compliance.

What You’ll Do

You will apply your public‑sector experience to ensure documents used for model training are accurate, clear, and relevant. Expect to review a variety of public agency materials and provide structured ratings and classifications, plus written feedback when needed.

  • Review public agency budget proposals, regional zoning reports, and emergency response schedules
  • Evaluate compliance documentation, government policies, and nonprofit reports for clarity and accuracy
  • Assign evaluation ratings and classification labels according to project guidelines
  • Write concise findings and verbal reports to communicate issues and recommendations
  • Contribute to improving project guidelines and participate in expert knowledge‑sharing sessions

Who Should Apply / Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in public administration, government, nonprofit, or related human services
