About AI training work
AI training (data labeling/annotation) is how modern AI systems learn from human examples: annotating, evaluating, and shaping model behavior. Contributors perform tasks like evaluating outputs, writing prompts, extracting key facts from text, and creating rubrics that guide model learning.
This work is often remote and flexible, accessible to people with strong judgment and domain familiarity rather than formal AI degrees, and it directly influences how next-generation AI systems behave.
