About OpenTrain

OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We help people discover projects, build a unified AI training portfolio, and grow a durable freelance career working on the human side of AI.

Why AI Training Work Matters

AI systems learn from carefully prepared examples and expert feedback; that work is called AI training or data labeling. Contributors shape how modern models reason, decide, and respond, and this role gives experienced consultants direct influence over AI behavior in business contexts.

This kind of work is typically 100% remote, flexible, and accessible — ideal if you want high-impact, part-time freelance work that leverages consulting expertise.

The Role

We are recruiting a contract, remote Management Consultant AI Reviewer to train and evaluate AI systems using real-world consulting expertise. You will review documents, case studies, and model outputs, then provide detailed written and spoken feedback to improve model reasoning and recommendations.

This is a contractor, part-time role requiring at least 20 hours per week. Pay is hourly, USD $154–$210 per hour. The project uses document-based tasks and includes evaluation ratings and text-generation review.
