About AI Training Work
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building AI: people prepare, review, and create examples that teach models to understand language and perform complex tasks. This work is often remote, flexible, and accessible to legal professionals who want part‑time, impactful work contributing directly to how AI systems behave.
- 100% remote and flexible—fit work around other commitments.
- Great part‑time opportunities; work typically on an hourly contractor basis.
- Contributors shape state‑of‑the‑art AI by producing high‑quality, domain‑specific training data.
