About this role
OpenTrain is hiring a Junior FreeCAD 3D Modeling Designer for contractor work focused on AI training support. In this role, you will create and refine 3D models in FreeCAD from detailed briefs and technical specifications, then iterate on designs based on feedback to improve model quality and usability for AI learning workflows. You will also document your modeling methods, communicate clearly about requirements and insights, and keep work organized with version control.

Required skills

- Understanding of basic engineering or design principles

Helpful background
