About AI training work in finance
AI training (data labeling / human feedback) is the human side of building AI: people annotate, evaluate, and review examples models learn from. In finance-focused work you directly shape models that handle valuation, deal language, financial reasoning, and market context.
This type of work is often remote and flexible, and it’s a way to apply investment-banking expertise to cutting-edge technology without needing prior AI experience.
The role
OpenTrain is recruiting an Investment Banking Expert to provide subject-matter guidance on financial content used to train AI. This is a contractor, part-time role supporting document-based labeling and evaluation tasks.
You will work with AI trainers to review and curate financial documents, evaluate model outputs, and provide expert feedback that ensures accuracy, clarity, and industry-standard language.
