About AI Training in Healthcare
AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Medical experts review examples, evaluate model outputs, and identify errors so AI systems can better understand specialized information and produce more accurate results.
In this project, your inpatient clinical judgment will help assess how AI systems interpret medical records, documentation, and claims related to hospital-based care.
The Role
As a Hospitalist Medical Record Reviewer, you will review inpatient medical records and documentation as part of an AI training project focused on clinical accuracy and documentation standards. You will evaluate FHIR data, clinical notes, and claims using your medical expertise and current or recent hospital-based experience.
This role requires careful review of clinical information and the ability to determine whether documentation and claims are supported by the medical record. You will provide clear findings that support AI model improvement and data quality.
