The Role
As a Hebrew English Bilingual Language Expert, you will review and improve AI-generated outputs in Hebrew and English. You will evaluate more than surface-level fluency, considering accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, prompt adherence, and compliance with project guidelines.

What You'll Do
You will apply structured rubrics and an error taxonomy to assess multiple AI responses consistently. The work requires careful linguistic judgment, independent analysis, and the ability to explain why an answer succeeds or falls short.
Evaluate AI-generated Hebrew and English outputs
Assess accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and prompt adherence
Identify reasoning gaps and methodological errors, even when language is fluent
Fact-check claims with reputable sources when required
Write high-quality explanations, model solutions, and revisions
Rate and rank multiple AI responses
Apply rubric-based evaluations and error categories consistently
Review content across formal and informal language registers
Requirements
You should be a native or near-native Hebrew speaker with strong writing and editing ability, as well as C1 or higher English reading and writing proficiency. The role requires professional experience in translation, localization, editorial quality assurance, content quality, linguistic review, or an equivalent field.
A bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Hebrew Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required. Familiarity with Israeli cultural context and terminology norms across common domains is preferred.
Native or near-native Hebrew proficiency
C1+ English reading and writing proficiency
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent
Experience applying linguistic QA rubrics or error taxonomies
Strong attention to detail and consistent judgment
Strong fact-checking habits
Ability to identify unclear explanations and methodological errors
Prior AI training, annotation, or evaluation experience strongly preferred
