About AI training work in finance
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback work) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people prepare, rate, and refine examples so models learn the right behaviors. In finance-focused projects, contributors feed models the domain knowledge and judgment needed to interpret financial documents, forecasts, and SaaS performance metrics.
This type of work is highly flexible and remote-friendly — a way to apply professional finance skills to cutting-edge model development while choosing hours that fit your schedule.
The role
OpenTrain is recruiting a remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert to contribute high-quality, real-world financial input for AI training initiatives. You will apply your financial modeling and accounting knowledge to improve model outputs, create evaluation rubrics, and support fine-tuning with domain-accurate examples.
