About OpenTrain
OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We help freelancers discover projects, consolidate opportunities, and build a unified portfolio so they can grow durable careers teaching AI.
We connect people with specialized work where human expertise directly shapes how AI systems behave — including legal and compliance tasks like this M&A paralegal role.
Why AI training matters for legal work
AI models learn from examples people prepare and review. For legal and M&A workflows that means experienced paralegals help teach models how to interpret deal documents, spot embedded PII, and apply privacy safeguards.
Contributors to AI training do accessible, flexible, mostly-remote work that directly influences how state-of-the-art systems handle sensitive corporate data.
