OpenTrain connects skilled contributors with specialized projects across industries. This role is part of our mission to make technical AI training work accessible, trackable, and career-building for finance professionals.

About AI training work in finance

AI training (data labeling, annotation, or human feedback) is the human side of building intelligent systems: people design prompts, craft gold-standard answers, and rate model outputs so models learn to behave reliably. In finance, that means producing precise transaction analyses, models, and client-ready materials that serve as objective benchmarks.

These projects are often fully remote, flexible, and well-suited to professionals with domain expertise who want part-time, high-impact work contributing to next-generation finance tools.

The role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Corporate Finance AI Trainer (contract, remote) to design technically demanding finance prompts, build gold-standard answers in Excel and PowerPoint, and define grading rubrics for AI model evaluation. The work centers on investment banking, private equity, and corporate development and requires polished, client-grade deliverables.
