The Role

You will judge content for psychological accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance while helping improve AI interactions involving children's learning and behavior.
This role combines expert review, scenario analysis, guidance development, and clear documentation for AI research and model improvement. It is a part-time contractor position requiring 20 or more hours per week, with an hourly rate of $100-$300.

What You'll Do
You will use sound developmental and psychological judgment to review written data, analyze scenarios, and assess model behavior. Your findings and recommendations must be clear enough to support ongoing research and model improvements.
Review and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for psychological accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance.
Analyze scenarios, test cases, and real-world situations involving children's learning and behavior.
Help refine guidance addressing linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development.
Document detailed findings and recommendations for AI research and model improvement.
Collaborate with distributed, interdisciplinary contributors while maintaining psychological integrity in AI interactions.
Required Qualifications
A PhD in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or a closely related field is required. Demonstrated expertise supported by research or academic work is expected, along with the ability to evaluate developmental psychology data and AI-generated content independently and carefully.
