The role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Business Presentation Consultant with expert Microsoft PowerPoint skills to develop high-quality, content-driven presentations used for AI training. This is a contractor, part-time role that requires at least 20 hours per week and accepts applicants worldwide.

Work involves shaping how AI systems learn from structured business communication: you will prepare executive-ready slide decks, translate data into persuasive narratives, and advise on presentation storytelling and information hierarchy.

What you'll do

Your primary responsibility is to convert complex business topics into clear, polished PowerPoint presentations that train AI models to understand strategic and operational reasoning.

• Use advanced PowerPoint skills to produce compelling, content-driven executive slide decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in strategy, operations, finance, and marketing analytics to distill complex information.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into visually impactful business narratives for model consumption.
• Support executive communications with precise written and verbal outputs.
• Advise on presentation storytelling, information hierarchy, and integration across PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate the technical presentation skills and business experience required to deliver error-free executive materials and to contribute meaningful training data for AI.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business strategy within complex or large-scale organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on executive-level messaging.
• Background in operations consulting, financial control, or marketing analytics.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex quantitative and qualitative data clearly and persuasively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, error-free deliverables.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines and shifting priorities.
