The role
OpenTrain is recruiting a Portuguese-speaking Business Document Expert to evaluate and improve AI-generated business deliverables. You will work as a contractor on a part-time engagement for OpenTrain, reviewing documents produced by AI and ensuring they meet professional business standards.
This role focuses on realistic business tasks executed in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and requires deep familiarity with professional business formats, accuracy, and polish.
What you'll do
You will collaborate with AI systems and cross-functional teams to evaluate, critique, and improve AI outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations. Deliverables must meet Fortune 500 or consulting-level expectations for clarity and business relevance.
- Execute and validate business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word produced by AI.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback and ratings on AI-generated documents.
- Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror professional workflows.
- Annotate and document recurring issues and escalate them for improvement.
- Champion quality, structure, and clarity in all deliverables and communications.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
- Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating professional business deliverables.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Fluency in Portuguese (pt) required; work location limited to the United States.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-starter comfortable with independent, remote contractor work.
