The Role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Biochemistry AI Training Expert to support expert-level annotation, validation, evaluation, and feedback for AI training materials. You will review complex biochemical content, develop domain-specific training scenarios, and assess whether prompts and model outputs are scientifically valid and clearly communicated.

What You'll Do
You will work through iterative review cycles to keep AI training inputs accurate, relevant, and useful. Your feedback will translate complex domain-specific observations into actionable improvements for AI systems.
- Review biochemical datasets, research findings, and protocols for expert annotation and validation
- Develop and refine biochemistry-based content, use cases, and scenarios for AI model training
- Assess the scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry-related prompts and model-generated outputs
- Translate domain-specific insights into actionable feedback for improving AI systems
- Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in biochemical content
- Participate in iterative reviews that maintain the accuracy and relevance of AI training inputs
Requirements
This role is intended for someone with advanced subject-matter knowledge and the ability to explain complex scientific ideas precisely in both written and spoken communication. Familiarity with scientific publications, peer review, or educational content is preferred.
- Advanced degree, advanced training, or equivalent experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current literature

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and problem solving
- Skill in judging the scientific validity and clarity of prompts and model outputs
