Why AI training work matters
AI systems learn from real-world examples prepared and curated by people. Working on AI training and infrastructure puts you on the human side of model development — helping shape how models learn, behave, and perform. Many roles in this industry are remote, flexible, and accessible to people with practical skills rather than a specific academic background.
