Sentiment & Intent Classification - E-commerce
Labeled ~500 customer product reviews across 5 sentiment categories (Positive, Negative, Neutral, Mixed, Irrelevant) and applied intent tags including Purchase Intent, Complaint, Question, and Praise. Followed a custom annotation guideline and achieved ~91% inter-annotator agreement on a 50-sample audit subset. Delivered a clean CSV dataset with label columns, confidence scores, and edge-case notes.
