I've worked as an AI trainer/data labeler on Outlier and Aligner, focusing on tasks that draw on my background as a Senior Software Engineer (Python, Django, FastAPI, React/TypeScript). My work has included reviewing and grading model-generated code for correctness, style, and senior-level engineering judgment, writing detailed rubrics and rationales for why a given solution does or doesn't meet production standards, and identifying subtle bugs or edge cases that a less experienced reviewer might miss. I've also built structured evaluation materials independently, including a full Claude Code evaluation suite using real open-source repositories, with configuration files, graded task prompts, and rubrics for assessing whether AI-generated code meets senior-level standards. This gives me a strong sense of where models tend to go wrong (incorrect assumptions, missed edge cases, subtle API misuse) and how to write clear, evidence-based feedback that's useful for improving model behavior rather than relying on generic "best practice" platitudes.
